Biography

Jennifer Stone focuses her practice on commercial real estate and business transactions as well as commercial and business related negotiation and litigation.  Jennifer has negotiated multi-million dollar commercial acquisitions, developments, leases and sales and has represented clients in complex real estate mortgage investment conduit loans. 

Jennifer has represented various entities in formation or restructuring, including conversion to bankruptcy remote, special purpose entities. She has also represented companies and individuals in various property and commercial disputes, including title insurance claims litigation, quiet title, declaratory judgment, partition and mechanics’ liens actions. 

Jennifer began working at Callison Tighe & Robinson, LLC as a law clerk in 2002 and became an associate attorney with the firm in 2004.  She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law where she acted as the Senior Articles Editor of the Student Editorial Board of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and as research assistant to Professor F. Ladson Boyle.  Jennifer is a member of international legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.
